Living the Warrior Ethos involves embodying a set of values and beliefs that are commonly associated with the Warrior archetype. Here are some ways to live the Warrior Ethos:
Integrity: Live by a strict code of ethics and morals. Be honest and true to yourself and others.
Courage: Face your fears and take risks. Do not back down from challenges, but rather confront them head-on.
Honor: Uphold your word and keep your promises. Treat others with respect and dignity.
Discipline: Train your body and mind to be strong and focused. Develop a routine and stick to it.
Loyalty: Stand by those who have earned your trust and respect. Protect your loved ones and defend your beliefs.
Service: Serve a higher purpose, whether it be your community, country, or a cause that you believe in.
Respect: Treat others as you would like to be treated. Show empathy and understanding towards others.
Selflessness: Put the needs of others before your own. Be willing to make sacrifices for the greater good.
Living the Warrior Ethos is a lifelong pursuit that requires dedication, discipline, and a commitment to excellence. It is not just about physical strength or combat, but rather a mindset and a way of life that prioritizes integrity, courage, and service to others.

I’m going to attend the 2024 April session and these podcasts are an excellent resource and orientation to familiarize myself with the Warrior Ascent tenants, process, support, wisdom, etc. I want to thank you for being here, it’s what I’ve desired, looked for, and am thankful the program exists….. to help us through a valuable strengthening process. You two spoke about isolation and the numbness of living in a world after you have helped to save those lives who live in it. For me, it resonates, and I’m eager to embrace new skills to not feel alone or forgotten around people living their daily lives at the grocery store or listening to people in a restaurant, while I’m trying not to have visual images of past trauma situations. I fight the urge to isolate myself, and your program is something I’m looking forward to, a chance to have a set of fresh eyes. Thank you, A fellow first responder

From the third stanza of the Ranger creed: “never shall I fail my comrades”, “I will always keep myself mentally alert”, “physically strong” (not just physical strength but how I treat others), “morally straight”, “I will shoulder my fair share of the task, whatever it may be…..one hundred percent and then some”. I was a police officer and I strongly believe in the aforementioned comments.
